I went here for a Mani Pedi French tips on my natural nails and toes, my finger nails were so long as I like to grow them out and do my natural nails rather then artificial ones, she cut them down really short when I asked her not to! The lady who did my toes trimmed and cleaned around my toes but didn’t fix the cracked and broken nails just applied the polish over the damaged nails and didn’t trim out a little ingrown I had as other salons usually do. I live right across the street from them and I use to come here all the time, but their nails fall off so easily I stopped coming to this shop. Anyway’s I had a horrible experience recently. I went in there to get a nail repair and they refused me service. No explanation, no reason why they just did. I understand it’s part of business, they’ve NEVER done that to me before and I’ve always paid them. I’m never coming back here again and I don’t recommend anybody else does either!
