They only get one star because I can't do zero. SLUMLORD. I ignored the reviews but I wish I would have listened. Moved into a home & problems started from day 1. A neighbor told us that people moved in and out the home. Didn't take long for me to find out why. Found out the home is infested with roaches & RATS ... not no dam mice big ass rats!!!!!Roaches in the outlet plugs. KAC does NOTHING. House has always had a issue with plumbing. Called a plumber they said the toilet hadn't been pulled up in over 15 years. they still... read more
If you want to be blamed for everything that goes wrong with the property, and then charged once you're not even in a lease, rent here. Oh Roach friends are included!
