Great experience doing the omakase dinner here at Kabuto! Our server even noticed my partner was left handed and switched the order of the sushi on the plate so that it was set up that way for him to left to right. Things like that really add such a nice touch to an already lovely meal.
A truly special spot. Incredibly high quality sushi, creative dishes, and a warm and inviting staff. Definitely try the ceviche sushi :)
The fish was incredibly fresh, and every dish felt thoughtfully crafted. I loved the Japanese-French fusion. it was creative without losing the essence of Japanese cuisine. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for something a little different!
I have been coming here for over 2 years. The head chef is incredibly kind. The food is amazing. My favorites are the Hamachi Kama, Fatty Toro, Wagyu sushi, and the Eggplant Nasu. This is a great restaurant, I recommend it to everyone.
