Echoing other similar reviews…. Went there on January 10th. Menu online and on Resy clearly says $120 standard or $175 premium. We get to the restaurant and they present a holiday $195 only menu. Nowhere in any form of menu or communication do they state $195. What is their reason for this? Can anyone help me understand? Holidays are definitely over too... Located in a small shopping area with many other restaurants and bars just about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. They have a 5:30PM and 7:30PM seating where you definitely need to arrive on time. The atmosphere is traditional Japanese and have either a counter or table experience. We were recommended by a friend and were excited to finally get a reservation, but this turned into one of the most frustrating dining experiences we’ve had. We checked the menu beforehand and saw prices of $120 and $175. Only after arriving and being served did we realize the menu had been changed to $195 per person for a holiday menu. This was last month and I had forgotten to leave a review. Everything was absolutely perfect. I came in solo for the omakase course and every piece was exactly what I was hoping for. My absolute favorite was the seared fatty tuna. Hands down one of the best bites I’ve ever had. The quality, execution, and overall experience were outstanding. I’ll definitely be back.
10/10 absolute perfection.
