Wait time for banana tempura was 20 min and the place wasn't busy at all. To make things worse, the check was suppose to be split in half and the person charged some random persons card for my half. I told her what she did and immediately got the floor manager. He wasn't helpful either. He charged the correct card, my card, but charged $30 more than the original bill.
