Came here with the crowd of thirteen , which was definitely a mistake. Spent six hundred dollars and none of us were happy with service or food. Took 30 minutes to seat in a half full restaurant, Another thirty minutes for drinks and then another thirty minutes for food. All of our food but the steaks came out cold especially the tempura. Go as a couple and probably have a completely different experience
Food service and atmosphere was amazing. First time in 9 years since I’ve been back and it was great.
Ordering online from them is a hassle, I don’t recommend at alllllll unless you go and pick it up yourself. Which even then, if I wanted to do that I would’ve just ate in. It’s a waste of time to come here.
I can't go above 2 for a couple of reasons. It's not the waiter, nor the customers, nor the area of the restaurant. It's the cook. The food was a disappointment and some were downright dangerous. Starting off with a Mushroom Miso Soup, where the waiter had no idea the menu mentioned 2 types of mushrooms because the chef "always uses only 1", leaving the soup feeling empty when they shave a single shitake and upcharge you 2x the price.
