Better than the East side Kabuki – I have eaten at the Kabuki on Foothill in Pasadena and was very disapointed. This Kabuki in Old Town is just fine. The food is good and fresh. I ordered two different dishes the two times I have eaten here and enjoyed both of them. Both times I have eaten with several others, who all liked their food.
Crowded + bad service= not recommended – It is normally full of people and service from servers to sushi chef is not that great. I have been there a couple of times already and had the bad service twice. Sushi chef received my order and I got my Tuna sushi maybe 20 minutes later- and i was sitting at the sushi bar..
