We just completed a kitchen countertop remodel and had an excellent experience. Rodney was great at walking us through the process and helping us select the perfect countertops for our home. Stopped in twice for pricing on a bathroom vanity. Had to stop in a second time because never received quote from the first time. Sales person didn’t know where samples were and seemed confused on basic questions. Asked for a quote on a simple double vanity. Selected material. Gave information and was told I’d get a quote very quickly. Three weeks later we still don’t have a quote. Decided to purchase elsewhere.
Though we decided to go with another company, Kirstyn was wonderful to work with when designing my kitchen renovation. She helped me adapt my initial design into something much better and workable. The estimate was very reasonable and the customer service was great. I highly recommend checking them out.
Rodney made the kitchen the best part of our remodel project. His advice and knowledge of kitchen design is exactly what we needed to make decisions and keep the process moving. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and attention to detail that we experienced today!
