During the pandemic, we had Captain King design our new kitchen cabinets and chose mid-priced JSI cabinets. At the time, delivery was challenging due to shipping backlogs from China, but their estimated delivery date was accurate. Now, years later, two drawer rails developed issues. However, the customer service was excellent—Amenda helped us contact the manufacturer, and they shipped replacement rails within days.
