I Absolutely LOVE my Kabana jewelry. I got my ring caught in a drill bit. I sent it to Frankie. He is Master at jewelry repairs. This is the second piece he has fixed for me. Both times the jewelry came back looking better than it did when I bought them. Thank you for such Amazing Customer Service. I wish my photos were better. My ring looks way better in person.

Have a necklace i bought that is special to me and i was sitting and the pendant just fell off, the bail failed on the necklace. I called and spoke to customer service they said they could help me no problem and to send it in. I mentioned I was told it had a lifetime warranty and she said it should be no problem. Mailed in the necklace and got a bill for $225 it’s approximately 2/3 the cost of the original necklace. Finally after 4 years buying a silver 925 heart ,pink mother of pearl necklace in the Caribbean, I found the matching earrings. Thanks to buying direct from Kabana, New Mexico. Fast shipping.
