Good people work there
Three of the first four days the Medical supplies received from Kabafusion arrived damaged. An employee by the name of Sanira (sp) answered my call and turned a simple issue into an absolute nightmare. She actually began taunting me while on speakerphone , so much that my nurse had to repeatedly request that a supervisor. After numerous times of Sanira telling us her supervisor was unavailable, he finally came to the phone and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. The director of this place seems to think that 5 I.V. lines is enough for 7 days when you have to use 1 I.V. line per day 🤣🤣🤣 talk about not knowing your math. The boca raton Florida Office 🤦🤦🤦
