I am writing on behalf of future/current employees & patients with Kaba Fusion. I would like to raise my concerns as I have witnessed a serious morale issue & warning flags within leadership. I observed an incident with the main supervisor, who seemed to be humiliating her staff & used demeaning, cruel & degrading language to them.
