This is my favorite place to eat in Gainesville!! Today I had the chicken kema aloo mataar WOW! Will definitely get this fish again! Thanks Kabab House!
Very disappointing experience. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala with rice and garlic naan through Uber Eats. The food tasted like it was from yesterday and simply reheated. The chicken was hard and dry instead of tender, and the garlic naan was horrible—stale and chewy. Overall, this was the worst Indian food experience I’ve had. I would not order from here again.
I looked at some other reviews before choosing the Kebab House tonight for dinner. I am soooooo glad that I made that choice! The food is truly wonderful (we both had Indan - me lamb vindaloo/her chicken kadi). We had the Momos Chili for an appetizer, and Wow! were we surprised. The were crispy fried dumplings in the most interesting caramelized onion and spicy chili sauce that was different than anything I have ever had. Super nice staff and great tasting food
This was my first time here, and I already know I’ll be coming back. I ordered the channa dal fry with rice and it was so rich and delicious. The woman taking my order was also really friendly and helpful with dietary questions about the menu. She offered a complimentary lentil soup while we waited for our food, but it came out very quickly anyway. And I think the prices match the portions pretty well, too.
