I would say it started off well but ended poorly. This lady who had a wig on cut my hair without my permission and if you ask me I would not go. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
I went to Kaba hair braiding last Sunday and I’m glad I did. I’m growing my hair out from a pixie and wasn’t sure if it can be braided but the did an amazing job. My braider Sounka was very gentle with my hair (I’m tender headed), the braids were neat and the parts were clean. I’ll definitely be coming back again! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair!
When I called they let me know it would be 180 for medium box braids. When I arrived at 10:30am they already head 3 ladies seated and getting their hair done along with one little girl waiting for another braider to come in. While waiting for the little girl to finish her large lemonade braids two other women walked in after me. So I came here today to get crochet Butterfly locks, I called them yesterday and explained that I wanted this style I came today at 9:20 when I went upstairs it was two young ladies already going up.when I go upstairs i said hello I called and said I wanted locs so she explained I had to get the hair which I understood but me thinking she was going to start my hair?
