Complete and total crooks, do not uphold agreements but want you to, they feel its ok to break agreements but when you try to hold them to it we get told we are int he wrong. They double dip on charged that they mark as damages, example, they states a vacuuming the dwelling fee but then charge for cleaning the bedroom floors, which would include vacuuming. Rude and unprofessional staff. Was promised a community laundry room would be finished within the next month so my husband and I signed the lease. 11 months have passed with no laundry room AND they increased the rent 100$. We once went on vacation, so I gave them my rent payment about 10 before the end of the month, and we returned to an eviction notice, even though the money had been taken from my account. Will happily be moving out next month.

I am a real estate agent who was working with prospective buyers. We saw five units that were all owned by Mr. G******** and Kab Realty. I still can’t believe what we saw. Absolute filth and disrepair… everywhere. There is no doubt there is infestation and health hazards in all the units. I worry about the safety of tenants. Looking at the units from a buying perspective, it’s blatantly obvious the owner has not done any maintenance since purchasing over 15 years ago. They gave me a move in date of February 1st. The week before I called them in total over 10 times over the course of the week to confirm my move in date. Every phone call I was only able to reach the front desk. On no occasion was I able to talk to the property manager or the owner. As it turns out the building I was set to move into was not ready. These people do not operate in good faith. They dont seem to be capable of properly managing property. Total slumlords. The will outright lie to you and try to steal your money! Steer clear!

Worst property management company in New England. Immature owner, they don't repair anything, and quite a few of their buildings are infested with roaches. Do not rent from them.

Please do your research before you rent from this place. Its all about money and no care for the tenants or property mt entire family is sick do TO an infestation of Toxic Black Mold!!! My 13 year old son was so sick I has to move him to his dad in Maine! Im facing a surgery in 2 weeks because of this! Instead of helping us they Illegally evicted us during a pandemic!!! This company is fraudulent. They refuse to repair necessary things including mold and bed bugs. And when brought to their attention nobody comes to even check out the situation. The only time the maintnence man comes out is when they are there to evict. Even then they let openly dealing drug dealers into their properties. Even after multiple overdoses and police reports.
