We’ve rented from KAB Realty for the last 3 years and have zero complaints about them. They’ve been very kind and prompt to any concerns of ours. Remember any bad reviews always have two sides to the story! I would definitely rent from them again!
Rude and unprofessional staff. Was promised a community laundry room would be finished within the next month so my husband and I signed the lease. 11 months have passed with no laundry room AND they increased the rent 100$. We once went on vacation, so I gave them my rent payment about 10 before the end of the month, and we returned to an eviction notice, even though the money had been taken from my account. Will happily be moving out next month.
