My wife and I stayed here for a friend’s wedding block, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We drove 3.5 hours to get here and called ahead to ask about early check-in. We were told it wouldn’t be a problem if the room was ready. We arrived at 11:30 AM, but the room wasn’t available yet. They promised to call when it was ready but the call never came.
