Kind knowledgeable and explained everything
I took My sister who has down syndrome. Dr.E was so kind and helpful in taking care of her. The staff We're so nice also. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you!
I would recommend the doctor anytime. He was very professional and took his time with me, which helped me feel better about my condition. However, I did not have a good experience with the front desk staff. When I arrived and checked in, the two girls at the desk were not welcoming. I had to say “good morning” first, and the one who checked me in did not smile or greet me back. Great doctor with an excellent bedside manner. He listens to all of your concerns and does everything he can to address them. I have seen many ENT doctors at this location and have felt dismissed by all except Dr. E.
