Management refuses to do anything about plumbing or any other issues with the apartment complex’s. That’s why tenants don’t want to pay their rent on time because they don’t fix anything yet demand the rent on the day it’s due!! Unfortunately what would be best for these apartments is to fire the current management team and hire a whole new one to actually get crap done around these apartments. Don’t rent here!!
