Management refuses to do anything about plumbing or any other issues with the apartment complex’s. That’s why tenants don’t want to pay their rent on time because they don’t fix anything yet demand the rent on the day it’s due!! Unfortunately what would be best for these apartments is to fire the current management team and hire a whole new one to actually get crap done around these apartments. Don’t rent here!! This is a horrible place to rent. It’s full of roaches and rats. The appliances don’t work and the plumbing is so bad it’s always backed up. Management doesn’t care about anything besides charging you the full amount of rent regardless of what’s not working in your unit. Peoples pets are always roaming around taking craps everywhere making it smell horrible daily.
