Management refuses to do anything about plumbing or any other issues with the apartment complex’s. That’s why tenants don’t want to pay their rent on time because they don’t fix anything yet demand the rent on the day it’s due!! Unfortunately what would be best for these apartments is to fire the current management team and hire a whole new one to actually get crap done around these apartments. Don’t rent here!! This is a horrible place to rent. It’s full of roaches and rats. The appliances don’t work and the plumbing is so bad it’s always backed up. Management doesn’t care about anything besides charging you the full amount of rent regardless of what’s not working in your unit. Peoples pets are always roaming around taking craps everywhere making it smell horrible daily. These apartments sure have gone down so much starting?? don't know what they're doing they let . Anything go by? The grounds are messy trash all over the place. Dogs running all over the place, scaring the kids. People going and coming invested with roaches. The apartments are very. Unsaved on the Inside and outside. And these dogs that are running around, not on a leash. This place really needs to be cleaned up. And these apartments need pest control. This is not a safe???
For the price you pay i really recommend you do NOT stay here it is not safe for your family specially if you have kids! There is cops here atleast every month! The front office clerk doenst know what shes doing. To much drug abuse. Says alot that they do not check background to move in ANYONE can love there. Dirty walls,leaks restroom doesnt flush correctly 90% same as shower water of the time i can go on. Safe yourself the stress and money
