Overall it's a great place to live. The new landlord is excellent. He's striving to make this a better complex. The new pool chairs are awesome. The new life guard Sarah is very friendly outgoing and loves to swim with us. Things take time but so far it's going in the right direction. Been here 3 years and if things continue to improve, I'll never leave ❤️

This is the most horrible place to live in. The landlord mike is a drunk doesn't show any apartments to the tenants all he does is walk around at night and look into the tenants windows. joe (apparently the "other" landlord) but won't tell he is, just says he's helping a friend out every time he shows the apartment to people. Joe walks around talking about the tenants to the other tenants. Right on the Hudson in Poughkeepsie, next to the bridge. Incredible views in some spots. This place is well managed and well maintained! There's a pool, a tennis court and on-site laundry rooms. The commuter train to NYC is a very short walk away. Some of the the apartments have car ports, most of them have balconies, patios, or porches. And, best of all the rents are very reasonable! One of the only places in POK that rents studio apartments.
