RecommendedIf you’ve got a big truck (lifted), Hillsboro on 70th is the one to hit up. It was a bit out of the way for us, but worth it. Truck came out super clean, 2 vacuum hoses available per bay (1 on each side so you’re not stealing from the next bay or having to wait until no one is next to you) & strong suction so you know all the dirt is coming out. They also have a lot of bays so you don’t feel rushed & can do some quick detailing if you need it without causing any back up.
My husband recently brought our new(we’ve had it for only less than 2 months) car by for a wash. We normally wouldn’t use a car wash due to the risk of incompetent workers and equipment, but have always had a mediocre experience with Kaady and due to living out of town thought it’d be convenient to run through on the commute home. Now, keep in mind my husband is meticulous about our cars! He has every nook, cranny, and bug splat memorized. Very professional, polite, and excellent wash. First time ever seeing car wash attendants dressed so nice!
About half the time they give me the wrong wash, advanced instead of premium. You should get the wash you paid for. Don't drive onto the belt until you see that they've pressed the correct button.
Will scratch your paint down the entire side of your car then tell you it’s not possible that it was caused by them. They don’t claim liability even when it was obviously caused by dirty brushes. Avoid unless you want to fix your paint.
Damaged my car and refused to fix it. I ended up paying for it out of pocket. Terrible establishment. Manager has no clue how to treat customers. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with customer service.
Don't forget to ask for a rag at check in. They won't give you one when you pull your car to car wash. Ugh. Miss the old service you used to get here!!!
