I had a terrible impression of this unit. Terrible service. I have a membership subscription and the app didn't work when I tried to enter the code. There were two attendants, a blonde girl and a fat, red-haired man with a beard, both with terrible expressions. She could have seen the plate but kept asking me. Extreme rudeness. Kaady has been my go-to car wash for decades, however my new car didn't get completely cleaned at my local Kaady car wash. I mentioned this to the young employee in the entrance booth so he suggested that I just go through the wash a second time. Again my car didn't get completely clean so I asked for a refund. Instead of giving me a refund the Kaady employee gave me a Customer Service Report and suggested that I contact James Purdy, Customer Service Specialist.
