Spoke to Kai about buying land. Seemed nice over the phone however, he ultimately brushed me off. I don't know if it was due to the recent NAR lawsuit, and subsequent new rules regarding buyer agreements, or if it was due to a lack of work ethic. Either way, I wouldn't recommend utilizing Kai, or the company.
