Would highly recommend k&a pest control. I called on a Tuesday morning because I had discovered I had a bed bug problem. Thomas explained how they treat the home and has a year guarantee that no other company had offered. He also doesn’t use harmful pesticides, so between that and the guarantee I was sold. Thomas was very helpful in identifying a pest for me very quickly over text, and he got back to me very promptly with a treatment estimate and advice! I was in a bit of a sticky situation with my landlord, however, and they ended up taking over the search for a pest control company. When I told him this, he responded a bit unprofessionally.... which is to say, I am glad my landlord is looking elsewhere. Just be warned, he may accuse you of asking for handouts! I don't normally write reviews, but Thomas and his staff did an excellent job helping us out of a nighmare situation. First, Thomas talked me off the ledge and explained his process. He responded quickly and showed up within 48 hours. The team was professional and polite and so trustworthy. They treated our entire home and vehicles. It has been just over two weeks and the problem has improved tremendously. Contacted them about a situation and I was told they will text me. When I received the texts at first it was just asking if I had pictures of proof of the situation and that they could stop by. I was told a price if they found something and had to do something for it and I wanted to just verify the price if they didn't find anything and the person wasn't nice about it and made a smarta** comment to me.

My family and I went on vacation to the Cape and unfortunately brought back bed bugs from the motel. Thomas was great at his job. Always showed up on time and communicated very well. He placed down traps, covered the beds/box-springs, steamed some stuff to kill the pests. Definitely couldn't have done it without him.
