I’m very disappointed with the manicure and pedicure I received here on Friday. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was not what I expected, especially for a professional nail service. There was nail polish and gel left outside the edges of several of my nails and onto my skin. Acrylic was applied to my big toes, but they feel extremely thin and flimsy rather than properly reinforced. This place draw your nail like van gogh. Excellent work
Made another visit today. Staff is nice but got a sloppy polish job. Asked him to redo but still not good. He also wouldn't redo unless I paid first. I won't be back.
Got a wax here for my lip and chin. I just had a few dark hairs on my chin that needed to be dealt with but she decided to do the full thing. I didn’t care at first but then it got progressively worse. The wax was scalding hot and the boss woman who did the wax ripped the cloth so hard multiple times that it felt like my bottom teeth would damage my top teeth. It’s past 24 hours and my chin is still extremely red, swollen, and itchy
I’ve been coming here for a while now and always have a great experience. The staff is super friendly, the salon is clean, and they always do an amazing job. Richard and Amy are amazing and always make everyone feel welcome. I love bringing my friends and family here because I know they’ll be taken care of too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service and a welcoming atmosphere!
