I recently received a Paradise Facial which included a Japanese herbal head spa and an arm and shoulder massage by an amazing lady named Ann( HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SHE WAS AMAZING) super beautiful place with an amazing environment and staff!!
Horrible service I was charged 120 for a pedicure and acrilic fill. I also asked for a basic manicure on my nails and didn't receive. Do not go here. The owner or manager was just in a pedicure chair getting her own massage while her workers scrambled. They over charge and are rude
From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. Tiffanie welcomed me and figured out herself what I needed. I didn't have to say anything. I was then welcomed by other staff and was offered something to drink many times. I'm not exaggerating this nail shop has been the best one I been to in my whole 35 years of life. The drink glasses are fancy, the atmosphere is relaxing and soothing, all the staff is friendly, I truly felt like a Queen and was pampered. I can tell they value their business and customers. really enjoyed and relaxed the hydro facial treatment from rosa. she was very patient and kind and ensured that i was feeling good periodically. would highly recommend rosa for facial treatments.
