Easy to order. Flat shipping rate could have been less expensive but easy to get around website. Waiting for shipment to be delivered now
Customer service was excellent. Before I ordered, I spoke with staff who answered all my questions, even those they had to get back to me on with a call back. Delivery was just in time. My baby had just run out of food. So, she was able to eat that night. By the way, they included a sample of Acana dog food on my box. Thank you so much.
