Food arrives in a timely manner and very happy with the service and selection of cat food items!
Wanted nearly 40% of the product cost to "refund" it. They sent the wrong food. I bought extra for my cat with cancer to get free shipping. Without this food he was pooping straight blood. They sent dog food. Offered to refund me minus $25 for their shipping expense. I know they did not pay that much for shipping and I don't appreciate them lying about it. That amount of money would buy a whole case of food. So now I am stuck with it and will never buy from this company again. They did not care to be helpful or honest.
