When buying my home, it was suggested to me by the realtor that I have K9 inspection look over the house before purchasing. This was in 2016. I found multiple issues within the first year of moving in. Bats were in the attic that he said he inspected which I had to have removed and the floor had water damage that was missed where there was a soft spot from rot that needed repaired. Initially going into a home inspection I didn’t see the big deal, the house looked solid and well kept up (cosmetically) but after about 3 hours with K9 I’ve never felt more comfortable knowing the truth about a home were about to purchase.
