Ruth and Anthony are exceptional. Anthony explained every option, the process, and the costs in clear, patient, step-by-step detail. My female can be shy, but Ruth handled her with the highest level of professionalism and gentle care. Both were incredibly patient and thoroughly professional, and I was delighted they were able to complete everything the very next day. I highly recommend them.

Very frustrated with this place. We just moved into the apartments next door and had a U-Haul overnight to move in. Since the apartment parking spots are too small for a trailer, we parked nearby—well out of the way and closer to the hospital. There were NO signs posted saying “no parking” or “private property,” so we had no reason to think it was an issue. We went in to begin a series of collections on my working K9, and the whole process was extremely smooth and easy. Much easier than I thought it would be. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable and the facility itself clean and orderly. I would recommend them to anyone in my same situation. The cost is also extremely fair, in comparison to others who offer the same services. Mine just happen to be a specialty need, and they successfully met that need. Will be bringing all the boys in.. Anthony is the best!
