Loved my experience here with Yen!! Yen was very gentle and detailed!! I always leave other places with my nails hurting from removing the acrylic or filing them down roughly, but she was very gentle and no pain. Very calming atmosphere, clean, and friendly. I will definitely be returning!
I’ve been here twice and have had such great experiences!! I developed an allergic reaction to gel previously and no longer can use it so I became a press-on queen but needed something longer lasting for vacation. Tracy is so patient and listened to my needs and stayed after everyone had already left to make sure I was satisfied and had the closest looking and lasting to gel. Edit: I had to remove my nails after only 4 days due to constant burning, stinging and tightness feeling in my both my hands. Upon removal, my left thumb was left with a large (and still growing bruise) under the nail with a small hole and my left pointer finger was sliced into. Unfortunately I will not be returning as this experience has left me very traumatized and unwilling to step foot into another shop any time soon.
