AVOID IF POSSIBLE! Came here looking for a professional to remove my car's tints, place seemed nice, good reviews and Ken seemed like a nice guy. When I come to pick up my car the back windshield had the defrosters broken, I was looking for a professional for that specifically not to happen. I thought I was getting a great deal but all I got was -$100 out of my pocket, broken defrosters and a dirty car with glue all over the place. I called this shop a few minutes ago and the person who spoke with me was unclear about whether or not they wanted to do a paint protection job I was inquiring about. When I asked for clarification, he hung up on me. I don't know what happened but did not even have a chance to ask any questions.
Had my tints removed to pass inspection and came right back to have them put back on. Professional, polite and great service. Very trustworthy and would recommend to anyone!
Had a great experience with K3. They were able to schedule me in fairly last minute. The windows on my Volvo look great and it was a reasonable price. Their shop is also a reasonable walk from the metro station which is convenient if you can't just wait for your car to be done.
Had my black accord tinted by Ken! Great guy and very knowledgeable. He did an amazing job on the car for a reasonable price. Thanks.
