First off, It takes a very bad experiance for me to write a poor review. This was the most unprofessional dealings I've had from a business. After calling to "make an appointment" as the website states you must do, and traveling over an hour to arrive to test drive a specific vehicle, my sister and I were extremely dissapointed to be told someone stopped by and, after checking out cars wanted to test drive the one we made an appointment for. Nice small auto reseller. Would rate higher, however I question owners business practices. They kept a deposit without explaining verbally or in writing that they would do so. Been buying cars for many years and have NOT ONCE ever had a dealer keep a deposit when I changed my mind. Just beware and be 100% sure of your buying decision.
The price was literally thousands less than the dealerships for similar vans and K2 actually had the best selection. Doing business was very comfortable as the office is at a home. Ken has kids and a dog just like I do and really understood our needs and had the perfect van at the perfect price.
