Jim and Katie are great! We love our hot tub and if we ever need anything they are a phone call away. Drew came out today and fixed our hot tub due to a leak. We have no worries when buying from K2! Thank you
We recently went to jump into our hot tub and the water was cold. We were devastated and called up K2 Spas. They were able to send someone out that same day to aid us in getting the spa back in working order. Everyone we dealt with from the phone call to the service tech who came to our house was beyond friendly. The technician was very patient in not only fixing our spa but educating us on ways to keep the spa in good working order. We were incredibly pleased with our experience and would highly recommend K2 Spas!
