K2 calling themselves an engineering firm is rich given their initial plans for our house were unusable. The non engineering contractor we hired to do the job basically did their work for them telling K2 and drawing out how to properly support our remodel on the second floor. Rather than simply including this rework under the original request, they wanted to charge us again. K2 was the engineering on my housing project. We are having issues with the builder and like the other reviews say K2 is impossible to get a hold of!
I understand people are busy but you could at least call someone back when they leave you a message.
