Professional, personal, knowledge based and no BS. They provide clear analysis and recommendations, never try to pad the service list. Convenient too. Could use a broader range of magazine in the 'lobby' while waiting… ha!
The only thing I don't like is that they are closed on weekends and 5pm on weekdays. Sometimes, those are the only times I am able to go to them. Other then that they are great, very straight forward and good people. I have been going there for about 18 months I think and they never tried screwing me over like most other car places. They tell me what I need and recommend an dnever try to sell me on something I don't need. Thanks guys :)
