We bought our house in 2024, our realtor was Sonya. We had wanted to switch realtors multiple times throughout the process but were too far in, she lied to us on multiple occasions and even told us we can’t buy the house unless we went through her lender with a conventional loan (we wanted va). I hope no one ever has to deal with her again, this was our first house and we were super excited but we had all that taken away by a greedy realtor.

We've worked with Carl Scofield a couple of times and can't recommend him enough. He's attentive and gets the job done every time we've bought or sold. He goes above and beyond.

My experience with K2 Omni Group was very helpful. Tina Robles was my realtor. She was able to get me connected with someone to help with financing. She was available to show houses when requested and was there to advocate on my behalf through the whole process. The concierge team is an added bonus as a part of working with K2 Omni Group, although I feel the concierge team was a little assertive in aiding their client's.
