The staff here was really friendly and clearly doing their best, which i really appreciate. However. The overall experience was frustrating due to long wait times and poor communication. We waited almost an hour before asking when our group would be able to race, and were told it would be another 40 minutes before we could go together. At that point, our group started the refund process. One person was fully refunded before staff then told us we’d be up next if we just waited. K1 Speed was awesome! Took a bachelor party there, and we all had a blast. The karts are quick, the track is very technical, and the adrenaline levels were high. I know that we will be returning many times in the future! I gotta beat my lap record!
