I have written multiple reviews, been told I would get a call about the experience, been told a second time I’d get a response from upper management, and I’ve gotten nothing. fun place for kids and adults. prices aren't too bad and the wait was less than an hour.friendly staff
the people at the front desk were not knowledgeable about the process. we were told we had a 3 hour wait, which we were ok with because we could leave and come back. we were told to be there 15 min before start, we got there 30 min before start and was called on our cell saying we couldn't race at the time slot we paid for because we were not there in time (remember 30 min early). after we talked to them they allowed us to go at our time. 6 people in our group. 2 races per person. both races 2 different cars were dying and i... read more
Very fun and exciting We go again with more friends
We called on our way over and were told the wait would be 2 hrs and that we needed to be there in person to be added to the list. We arrived only a few minutes later to be told the wait was actually 3 1/2 hours. There are signs saying mask are required (which is fine) but apparently the rule only applies to white people.
