Ya I bought suv a GMC Arcadia 2022 and they said the owner not Hector that it was a good suv and that it running good but all I have is been nothing but problems with it and I tryed returning it oh only feel that that owner running game on me and now I sent a lot of extra money and wish I never came to this dealership

Wouldn’t waste your time here. I bought a Yukon Denali and had it for 7 hours before the motor went. I contacted Hector and the owner on this issue and they acted like they wanted to help fix it and give me a warranty but never finalized the contract to even use the warranty. They kept saying to drive the car 1000 miles broken so the warranty company wouldn’t say it’s fraud. Kept ignoring my messages and They told me to use there mechanic and there mechanic cost as much as a dealer to replace the lifter that was broken.

I purchased a Highlander over a year ago from this dealer. The sales rep was very nice. I love my SUV! Other than regular maintenance I haven’t had to do anything to it.

My friend bought a suv the truck had some work to get done in two days it took tow weeks still not done we asked for refund the 15k we paid for as down now the boss man doesn’t want to show up

Show me a car that came with a bumper to bumper warranty. After about a week I had issues with the steering, the parts were covered under my warranty however modifications have been made to the car that voided the entire warranty... How to spend $1,400 out of pocket for repairs. I was never made aware of these modifications, when I reached out to the dealership they refused to help. I'm not saying it's a bad car but I'm saying if you make a deal with them watch it because they're just trying to get their money they really do... read more
