I purchased a Highlander over a year ago from this dealer. The sales rep was very nice. I love my SUV! Other than regular maintenance I haven’t had to do anything to it.

Show me a car that came with a bumper to bumper warranty. After about a week I had issues with the steering, the parts were covered under my warranty however modifications have been made to the car that voided the entire warranty... How to spend $1,400 out of pocket for repairs. I was never made aware of these modifications, when I reached out to the dealership they refused to help. Bought a used car from dealer as is, I get it that being said I have had the car less than 3 weeks and it had broken down 3 times. Car had a cel when purchased was told they would take care of it and they did nothing. I called to ask for assistance and was told they would do nothing. Dont waste your time buying from this shady dealer. They will leave you stranded the cars are unreliable and they will not do a single thing for you when in inevitable fails.
