We had some trouble with a slide and the people at KZ went out of their way to accommodate us. Eric and Joella were great to work with. The slide motors were replaced with upgraded ones in a very short time and we were on our way.
Eric, Joella and Virginia are great. We developed a problem with a slide motor. Our path was taking us through Indiana, so we contacted Venture RV Customer Service. They were able to accommodate our schedule and complete the repair in a timely manner. We already loved our Sporttrek Fifthwheel and now we are completely sold on the company.
Excellent customer service. We had to bring our Fifth wheel in for slideout repair. Although we are out of Warranty KZ repaired no charge. And in a timely manner.
We had a T@B teardrop before we bought our 13' Sportsmen Classic. We're in our third year with it. We like the size and design, but find the build to be flimsy and I'm constantly modifying or fixing something. But hang on, here we go. Once we got it, I put a bike rack on the back bumper thinking that was the perfect thing to do. Nope, while camping on the Chesapeake Bay I noticed the bikes were drooping toward the road because the bumper welds were peeling apart and the bumper was literally breaking off.
