We bought a 2023 Venture Sonic 220VRB and shortly after it went out of its pathetic 1 year warranty we noticed the front stargazer window had a long crack in the lower right corner of the inner pane from the bottom to the top. Doing some web searching we found that there were several brand and models of RV's made by Venture and KZ RV which is the parent company of Venture that had this issue with the front window cracking. Our 2025 Sonic trailer is less than a year old and we have now had to have the slide adjusted and the exterior screw moldings replaced. The slide was buckling the vinyl flooring and not completely retracting. The screw molding split open and was no longer weather proof. But these issues are not the real reason for the ONE STAR review. My reason for this ONE STAR review is the fact that when we purchased our NEW 2025 Sonic and an Extended Warranty there was a KZRV authorized service provider just 15 miles from our home.
