Refrigerator won't cool down on a new fifth wheel after only two weeks. I contacted KZ after the dealer could not provide any help and their response was to take it to the dealer who, as I explained to their representative, was not helpful at all. All they did was pass the buck, point their finger and offered no assistance or support for their product. Their customer service rating should be -5! I would recommend or ever consider buying anything from this company.
I'm in a Lawsuit with them and the Manufacturer Defects they can't Fix
The build quality looks like some one who is under paid or rushed. Just bought a 2023 sportsman se and wow it’s almost as if the interior was eyeball. You can even close out bathroom door because the wall aside the fridge isn’t plum leading the door frame to be too small on the top. And it seems they noticed the issue but instead of fixing it the force the adjacent corners to fix the mistake and now the center of the hinge side of the door bows into the door. Do Not Buy Any KZ Products. They Do Not Stand By Their Products....They Blame The Vendors They Purchase From Rather Than Backing Up Their Assembly. Bought a 2023 KZ Connect. In the last year and a half the RV has spent a 1/3 of the time in repair shop. Every time we have brought the RV out it has to be returned to repair shop as soon as we return home. We will never purchase another KZ trailer again! Do NOT trust the two year hitch to bumper warranty that they tout. Last June we encountered major issues with our camper that left us unable to open any slides. We were hours away from an authorized KZ repair facility but received repair approval from them to use a local repair service. We were told to keep our receipts.
