My family bought a 2025 Connect Trailer in the same year and while it has a beautiful layout, we have had nothing but PROBLEMS since we got it. Within the first few months not even using it, the vinyl began to peal and the trim along the side warped. The floor also warped and bubbled up again with absolutely no use. We bought a KZ Durango in 2017 we have not had a lot of issues with our fifth wheel we have the 325 RLT the only big issue we had was refrigerator went out a couple years ago you're pretty fortunate to not have a lot of problems with ours I would buy another KZ product if we were in the market other than a few minor issues we're very satisfied with the KZ products customer service is just phenomenal in my opinion anytime I need something from them they take care of me Sherita is a exceptional customer service representative
