Having owed a Durango Glod RV since it was new I have realized how absolutly atrocious the build quality is. I don't even like to use the word "quality" in that sentence because there is very little. Loose screws left everywhere, I still find them. I recently switched out the mattress and there were loose screws under the mattress tearing it up. Protect your credit card. In July I purchased some parts from KZ RV. Instead of charging the correct amount they keyed in the wrong amount, rounding down to an even $550. Around November I discovered a new charge from them. When I asked them what the $3 charge was for I was told that there was still $2.66 left on the invoice. So they just decided to charge $3. Sharrita with customer service is a Godsend. Good customer service is more important than anything else in the RV and car world. No RV manufacturer is perfect and all have service departments for those of you who insist on buying something brand new.
