Not the best trailers. Ours is just 2.5 years old since purchased brand new and already 2 leaks. One in the door frame. Not caulking related but a door and rubber seal issue or misalignment. They don't make them like they used to. Family member had same problem 1 month after warranty expired. Also purchased an extended warranty for nothing.
purchased a kz 18 hatch a 2022 left over from crossroads trailers. this trailer has had many problems from the start. trailer has been to dealer 6 times for leaks and other problems. very discussed.

Don’t buy a new Venture, and especially DO NOT be sold on any warranty ! You will need to return the RV to the dealership and it will be weeks maybe even months before the repair is completed.Save the money and buy a slightly used RV knowing the repairs will be yours to take care of See photo, this kind of work is hardly an issue to pass off on a dealer.The unit left your factory like this…wiring pulled so tight it ripped the wood out.
The Quality control persons must be family members because the quality sucks ie, missing screws to hold the door hinges, backwards wiring on the control panel, half cut out wood on the shower floor pan to support you(fall to the floor and break floor pan) Faulty GFCI the runs half the camper they missed, very poor weather taping on the Slide-out, keys and lock combo are a disaster( keys don't work) and the best goes on...
