Purchased brand new 2019 connect from dealership in 2019, within 2 years complete drive train has to be replace huge fight and extended down time on a shortened season to begin with, but got done. 4 leaf springs, 2 complete axles and all 5 tires due to uneven wear. Worst camper we have ever purchased! Problem after problem! Company doesnt want to help! I will be going back to StarCraft if I ever purchase again! Construction is terrible! The price you pay is ridiculous! Never again! KZ get better customer service and care a little about the people who give you a job and purchase your products!

PLEASE READ ALL THE COMMENTS would have saved me time, headaches, and money. Purchased a sportsmen SE about 3 years ago. First off build quality is horrible. Metal shavings, wood debris left in the storage areas, in with hot water heater and under the cover for the refrigerator. The over all quality of craftsmanship is not existing. Also covered the camper each winter, checked the roof multiple times a year, made sure the windows were sealed and no gaps and still got water in the camper under a window.
