I’ve only been to the salon twice, the first time I went I loved the style, the second time I went I asked for box braids and showed her what I wanted it to look like.... the lady was like “ok I know” and I was not satisfied she didn’t take her time to part my hair in square shaped sections and she had a younger girl do the ends of my hair and I was not happy they were not completely braided my sister hair was done nicely but the ends were an issue. They did the style I wanted, but forgot to put mousse on my braids at the end. Then the last had her shoe's off the whole time she walked around bare foot and it was just so unorganized in there... Went to the shop around 9:30 am and there was hair on the floor and people walking around it like its normal
