TERRIBLE. A relative took their car in for shocks and struts, NOTHING related to oil system. Immediately after getting the car back the same day, she started having serious issues involving oil leaking. When she opened the front, the oil cap was missing and there was oil everywhere. Was hoping to get a valve cover gasket replacement for my is250 to get it up and running again, but lady on the phone was super rude once I told her that the car wasn’t running and she didn’t even let me finish my sentence when I told her that a screw was stripped.
