Frank wouldn’t perform a safety inspection because he claimed my insurance card was forged, as his rude wife smirked. He refused to call State Farm to verify it, as the DMV requires inspectors to do if a temporary card with no water mark is presented. Mine had the official, DMV printed watermark. Thank you State Farm for reporting him to the DMV for me, and hopefully, getting results. If he’s too stupid to understand what a watermark is, he’s too stupid to handle your car.
