Great customer services, very nice people
I’m so disappointed 😔 with this shop. $95 for a full synthetic oil change. Herbert and his team used some generic Made in China 🇨🇳 oil filter. God knows what type of oil they used. Hook screws under my hood were missing. The stereo’s code was not even set. Just a simple task they can’t do!!!! Jackie wants me to do it, really??? Even if he offered, he doesn’t realize customers are busy. After paying more than $400 just to reprogram a key. $95 for oil change. $70 at my other mechanic at The Shop in San Bruno.
