I had my first service done this morning on my little Versys. Shawn at the service desk was very helpful, and the mechanic Luke did an excellent job, and the cost was under the estimate. I would highly recommend them over the competition in the area. Also, I purchased the bike up north, and K&W did not charge a "gotcha" fee or act rude because I got a good deal elsewhere.
Buyer beware. I ordered a ski pylon kit from them for a Sea Doo Switch. It arrived in non OEM packaging and one of the parts was damaged by someone who tried to install it but didn't know what they were doing. Not very impressed. Trying to pass off used damaged parts as new isn't the way to build customer loyalty.
