Took my sled in recently to have a inner housing plastic subframe replaced. In order to get my side panel to line up with the fastening stud, they bent up the fastening bracketing with a pair of pliers. Now there's a big gap on the outside of the panel. Very unprofessional! I spend a lot of $$ K&W, time to find a new dealer. I'm sure they will deny it.
