Alignment: The vehicle felt safer before I took It to Jacoby's. They did not address the cause of the misalignment before performing an alignment. 7/8/2025 Afterwards, a Chevy dealership says they located the damaged parts, then they replaced the 2 damaged parts. Then they performed an alignment. Just an oversight at Jacoby's I suppose.
We bring all our car problems here. They are just phenomenal. Good people with fair prices and a heart to help. I showed up today because my car was making some funky sounds out of the blue and I’m supposed to be making a 7 hr drive tomorrow (with my two little kids). They had a full schedule and they were still able to fit me in, find out the problem, and make sure my car was as safe as possible for the drive.
