Very unhappy, high outrages prices, deliverables not there
Lifesaver on the 100+ degree days. Great service. Cost way less than some of the bigger names who spend a lot on ads. Quick, called with a non-working AC and had diagnosed, ordered a custom part, and installed within 24 hours!
We had a really great experience with KW Smith and Son. When Our AC unit stopped working, we had another company come out to look at it. They couldn't fix it and quoted a $16,000 AC unit replacement. We got a second opinion from KW Smith. They were very thorough and able to repair the unit quickly. Can't recommend them enough (especially for saving us $16k!).
I own a condo in one of the older buildings in Washington DC. I had a HVAC unit for 2 years with no issues. After 2 years the cooling stopped working. My building HOA highly Recommended KW Smith and Son. They came out and installed a new unit. I voiced my concern to the technician to ensure the water discharge line for the AC was exiting thr condo (as my neighbor above me had water damage from their HVAC leaking into their unit). The best in the business. They are absolute experts, and are 100 percent trustworthy, which I really value. They don't make things up and do everything they can to keep the costs down. One time it turned out that the issue was insignificant; even though, they were there for an hour they did fixed it for no charge. It is a wonderful family establishment. I have used them for multiple properties throughout the years.
