My resident is two stories, with two a/c and heating units. My home repair service provider sent K&W advising them of my two story home. Both units were in disrepair, K&W would only repair one after agreeing to the price quote of both. A.H.S. was no help.
Can’t get these folks to follow up after they say they will get back with you. Then after calling and calling say they don’t want to bid on the job. That is not the way to do business.
Beware! NO SHOW company! American home shield sent us this company’s information as the company that would come out to assess our HVAC unit. My husband spoke with the company on a Monday and was told there were no available appointments until Wednesday. He agreed to the Wednesday appointment for a 3-7pm slot. He left work early in order to be home for the appointment.
