Kept my watch for months. Botched crystal replacement caused water damage in my wach. Another jeweler said the botched crystal installment caused water to leak and damaged my wach....irrepairable. I called for updates on my watch but he never fixed it. Had to get it...no calls and no updates from Keith. Poor experience!!!
