Easily the most unpleasant experience I’ve had when trying to buy something. My girlfriend and I were prepared to buy our first Sea-doo and will now be doing it elsewhere. The sales person didn’t bother to introduce himself, was not engaged in making a sale at all, and did not make our business feel valued. My brand new jet ski Sank. After spending $1400 of work on just maintenance. They recommended doing certain Work Like the carbon seal, Wear ring etc. Got all the work done put it back on the water and it immediately started sinking. You would think they would do a good job with the labor costs and the weeks of waiting for the work to be done. Just more of a headache Would not recommend taking Any power sports here to get serviced!

Shawn, the service manager is amazing!!!!! He was incredible when we needed help with our side by side.
7 days before heading W to SD to ride for 10 days, I decided the rear tire on my 1100 V Star - that my husband said would be fine until we got home 🫤- needed replacing. In our small market of overworked and overbooked motorcycles techs, Shawn & David @K&W got it done for me. Wonderful service, great communication and done a day before promised. Yeah!!!! I recommend them.
