Bought a brand new 2024 ski doo spark trixx. Battery wouldn't even start the first time out and had to be trailered to the lake house. Brought it in end of season as we're 200 miles from their location. They put a new battery on without diagnosing the actual problem. Battery is always on a tender and does after one of two days use. I loved the bikes they have listed
My husband and I went in to your store to look at Can-am bikes. We asked the salesman if you had any rykers he answered no. He never got up or asked any other questions. That was very poor service. Just so you know we ended up buying two motorcycles from another dealer. That could have been your sales I am very sure it was your store. Took my 23 hour old Sportsman in because the EBS stopped working in West Virginia, it will idle down hills at 25 mph plus. Paid them $100 for them to tell me it was completely normal and functioning correctly. Just fixed it myself for $300 so thanks!
