Never bought a motorcycle from them, but the guys at the parts counter and service counter are all great. Every time they've given me an estimate when parts will be in or work will be done, they finish ahead of schedule. I can't recommend these guys enough.

After many years of buying snowmobiles, sometimes 2-3 per season I found myself making a purchase from them. What a terrible experience and decision. I asked to pick up the registration myself as I was leaving for the UP and was denied. On the 15th day I called and was told ”sorry we forgot to mail them to you” I literally had to spend 10 hours on the road driving to pick up a registration in the middle of vacation time off work, or ride it illegally. I wanted to let everyone know what a great experience i had buying a new Polaris Ranger at K&W. The whole team including Robbie, Jeff and Duke laid out the red carpet for me during the purchase. I came in on a Friday afternoon and came back Saturday to pick up my new machine.
