Had to take my son here today. Walked in and got in quick. Staff were very friendly, would deff recommend 👌
This review is for the receptionist that worked Sept/9/25 morning and picked up the phone. Not knowledgable. Not helpful! She doesn’t know how to deal with patients. She asked me to Google the phone number I need in the facility because she knows nothing. She shouldn’t be in this role.
I had a cardio stress test on 31 July ... as follow up to previous tests and consultations. It was a superlative experience! I waited less than 5 minutes beyond the appointed time ... the staff (Brittany and Tony) conducting the stress test and associated Echo test (including an IV contrast element injection) were super polite and so proficient ... and willing to answer many related technical questions! Dr. Natalie popped in to view the monitoring procedure, and then provided a very reassuring and informative wrap-up session... read more
I had an ECHO today and it was a very easy process to check in. No wait time for my test and Jill was very polite, professional and informative as to how the process works. I had a good experience today. Also, they are open weekends which was very helpful with my work schedule!
